Subscription Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

1. Overview

This Subscription Policy explains how StackEase handles managed subscription records, renewal tracking, setup support, access notes, and related subscription workflows for approved digital tools.

2. Managed Subscription Records

StackEase may keep records of subscriptions requested or managed through the platform, including provider name, plan type, seat count, status, start date, renewal date, invoice reference, payment records, and support activity.

3. Third-Party Provider Terms

Subscriptions may depend on third-party providers. Each provider may have its own pricing, account rules, renewal policies, usage limits, restrictions, refund rules, and acceptable use terms. Users are responsible for complying with provider terms.

4. Renewal Dates

StackEase may display renewal dates based on available subscription records. Renewal reminders are provided for convenience and do not remove the user’s responsibility to monitor active services and respond to renewal notices.

5. Renewal Payments

Renewal payments may be subject to current provider costs, exchange rates, FX buffers, service fees, gateway charges, and invoice expiry rules. Renewal pricing may differ from previous invoice amounts.

6. Late or Missed Renewals

If renewal payment is late, incomplete, expired, or not confirmed, the affected service may be delayed, suspended, cancelled, or require manual review. StackEase is not responsible for losses caused by missed, late, or unconfirmed renewal payments.

7. Access and Setup Information

Safe user-facing setup notes may be shown in subscription records. Sensitive setup details should not be stored in plain text and should only be handled through encrypted payloads where necessary.

8. Subscription Statuses

Subscription records may show statuses such as pending setup, active, renewal due, expired, suspended, cancelled, or under review. These statuses are for operational tracking and may change after admin review.

9. User Responsibility

Users must provide accurate information, respond to requests for clarification, make payments on time, follow provider rules, and avoid misuse of any subscription, workspace, invite, or setup support provided through StackEase.

10. Changes to Subscriptions

Plan changes, seat changes, provider changes, renewals, cancellations, or upgrades may require a new request, invoice, review, or payment confirmation before processing.
